We Have a Roller!

On Monday I put Max down for a little tummy time, which he is just starting to enjoy, and after some wiggling and grunting he rolled himself over! Of course when Dad came home Max was worn out and couldn't muster the strength to pull it off again, but he performed for Mike the following evening.
Also, as the last blog entry stated, Max laughed out loud for Dad Monday evening. Then on Tuesday he started squealing really loud. He looks really cute when he does it. He opens him mouth really wide and sticks out his tongue while doing it. It's very cute! So everyday it seems like Max is sharing something new with us. J

All Smiles

This week has been a big week for Max! A couple nights ago he laughed out loud for Daddy before he went to bed. Thanks to Dad he was all riled up and didn't want to go to bed right away! But hearing him laugh was definitely worth it! J

That's Just Wrong

That's what my Dad said the first time he saw me wrap Max up in his SwaddleMe blanket. I admit this may look cruel or make Max look like a little mummy, but Max absolutely loves to be swaddled! We only swaddle him at night before he goes to bed unless he had trouble napping. If you want a little peace and quiet, every new parent should have a few of these on hand. J

3 Months Old

Already? I know! Max turned three months old last Friday. He's getting bigger and bigger every day, weighing in at around 13 pounds now. Max likes to smile, enjoys being read to, watching his mobile, taking baths, cooing, staring at the ceiling fan and trying to figure out how to suck his thumb. Here's some photos I snapped from Friday. J
